June 14 – July 13, 2018. Attleboro Arts Museum national juried exhibition, THREE. Juror: Alexander Castro,  a writer, journalist, and art critic, who regularly contributes to Art New England, Big Red and Shiny, Mercury, and GLASS Quarterly. His work also appears or is forthcoming in Don’t Take Pictures and Lost Balloon. In 2018, Castro was a runner-up for the inaugural Toni Beauchamp Prize in Critical Art Writing. May 6 – June 2, 2018. Plymouth Center for the Arts Eighth Annual Exhibition: The Fine Art of Photography, an international juried exhibition, jurored by Mark Chester, Suzanne Revy, and Bob Singer, award-winning photographers and educators. 150 artists chosen out of 1,400 entries. Two photographs: Fluid, Frozen; and, A Puddle Is A Body of Water. Plymouth, MA.

February 28 – April 12, 2018. Art League Rhode Island 2018 Members Exhibition. One photograph: In Its Grip. HONORARY MENTION for digital collage/erasure poetry In Its Grip Now, recognized as an “innovative combination of form evocative of intangible states of the soul” by juror Susan Fossati—an award-winning artist and an Art League Rhode Island Elected Member, as well as a recognized local and international freelance artist with 25 years experience teaching at RISD and CCRI.
